In my opinion, the greatest strength and value of the Executive MBA Program is the people. The opportunity to build business, academic and private relationships. The didactic value is created by a cadre of lecturers representing the University of Warsaw, but also professors representing prestigious teaching from Europe and the USA. The international composition of lecturers provides the opportunity to learn about other markets and approaches to business conditioned by economic and cultural differences.

In the course of growth, most companies hit all sorts of problems, such as changing their capital structure or investing in new products. In the history of business, effective solutions to such problems can be found, and learning these solutions was the main goal of the MBA, in my case.
